I wasn’t always this confident...

I used to be a wimp. I was beat up and pushed around in elementary school. Of course that all changed when my Grandpa gave me the scroll.

Sure, being a Spaz Fu master has its advantages in a bully situation but there’s a lonely side too. I mean, what guy wants to be with a girl who can kick his a#$@? It’s demoralizing, I get that.

Still I’m kinda a celebrity at my school ever since the big throw down... long story, but pretty much everyone takes my Spaz Fu lessons now, even some of the teachers. Principal Jensen is already up to Tiger (#11) which is pretty impressive considering how old she is.

This summer I’m all about teaching Spaz Fu on my site and traveling the globe doing live shows. If you see a big orange bus with SPAZ FU on the side that’s me and my entourage. Make sure you check my blog every so often to see where I’m performing. I might be in your town next!
