My BBF Kelsey (pictured) and Jeremy Katz (cameraman) shot a bunch of cool interviews at my first ever live show. This video is like a testament to the awesomeness of Spaz Fu fans especially the ones at my High School! My ears are still ringing from that T-shirt signing. You guys made me feel like a rockstar!

Oh, and special thanks to all those who sent flowers to Will at the hospital. He’s recovering nicely.

(For those who don’t know, my assistant Will couldn’t be at the T-shirt signing because I fractured his seventh vertebrae with a body slam, but it’s not really my fault because he didn’t fall correctly.)

Okay so I know its been a while since I posted a new video, but get ready cuz the wait is finally over. Spaz Fu 04 “the diversion” will be posted on Friday, July 10th!

The diversion is the second technique in my Spaz Fu scroll and it’s one of my favorites. Trust me you won’t want to miss this one.

Faking-out or misleading an opponent is a fundamental technique used in all styles of combat. The origin of this simple tactic can be traced back to the Spaz Fu scroll.

The “diversion” is the second technique you will learn on your path to mastering the art of Spaz Fu. Study this technique in its purest and most effective form in my next lesson, coming soon!

I get hundreds of thousands of letters everyday from Spaz Fu students all over the world asking, “What are the 13 Spaz Fu techniques?”

Most of you already know technique #1, the head-butt. But what about the other 12 techniques? What are they?

I’ve asked my Grandpa to prepare a short video to summarize the 13 Spaz Fu techniques. This video is up on the website now (#3) so make sure you check it out.
